Re-opening Tuesday 16th June!!

Our dedicated team is excited to welcome you back!

We are looking forward to re-opening our gates and welcoming you to visit our Conservation Park, to meet our amazing animals and learn about our conservation
and animal rehabilitation projects.

In line with government regulations, we have made a few changes to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable day out.

Important

If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, a fever or have been asked to self-isolate; please do not visit our Conservation Park until you have received
clearance by a medical professional.

New Trading Hours

Both the Conservation Park and the Café will be open 6 days per week – Tuesday to Sunday.

Creekside Café will be open from 7.30am – 2pm – Tuesday to Sunday.

The Conservation Park will be open 10am – 2pm Tuesday to Sunday.

Both will be CLOSED Mondays

Ticket Sales

Please purchase your tickets online via our online booking system, then contact us by phone to reserve your day / time slot to visit. Due to government
rules and regulations, we have to limit the number of people in the park at any one time. We are also required to ask you to provide your name and
contact phone number on entry to the park.

Pre purchased sales – All pre purchased tickets and animal encounter sales are being automatically
extended for 12 months.

Around the Park

Please follow instructions and signage to help you comply with the 1.5 metres physical distancing measures in place.

For your safety and convenience, we have set up sanitising stations at the entrance and around our park and café as well as the usual hand washing facilities
available.

In restricted areas, guest numbers will be minimised to comply with physical distancing requirements. As a guide we have markers on the ground for your
convenience.

Creekside Café

Our Café is open Tuesday – Sunday from 7.30am to 2pm with a delicious menu and daily specials. Take-away is also available. The Café will comply with
all current restrictions.

Finally, we would like to thank you for all of the support and kind messages we have received over this challenging time and for your patience and understanding as we move forward.
