Due to popular demand, Coral the Conservation Mermaid is hosting one final swim at 11.45am on Sunday 9th October 2022 before she swims away. Just $50 per child.

What do you do if you see a sick or injured sea turtle? If you want to know how to rescue an injured or sick sea turtle and increase their chances of survival, this training workshop is a must.

Meet Coral the Conservation Mermaid! Coral will be in residence every day these NSW July School Holidays to delight children, and adults. She will meet lucky young guests and inspire them to learn more about marine conservation and how critical it is to care for our precious oceans for all marine wildlife.

Dolphin Marine Conservation Park is very proud to host TAFE students here at the park every week as a practical part of the Certificate III in Animal Studies course.

This week we released two green sea turtles after months of rehabilitation at Dolphin Marine Rescue. Affectionately named Henry and Mouse, the young turtles, estimated to be 10 to 15 years old, were rescued from Scotts Head, 50 minutes south of Coffs Harbour. Both turtles were lethargic and in poor condition, and unlikely to survive without treatment.

In readiness for the upcoming school holidays and to make your visit to Dolphin Marine Conservation Park a little more relaxed in these COVID times, we are introducing some small changes.

Marine Conservation Park’s care missing a flipper. She was found washed up on the beach with most of her right-rear flipper missing, likely the result of a predatory attack.

And its official we are re-open & have had our first day of animal tours conducted by our knowledgeable & passionate marine team leading the way!!

We are looking forward to re-opening our gates and welcoming you to visit our Conservation Park, to meet our amazing animals and learn about our conservation and animal rehabilitation projects.

Much loved Coffs Harbour dolphin, Calamity, sadly passed away on Tuesday morning, 2nd June. She was estimated to be 40 years old.
