Terms of membership are:

• Membership passes are valid for 12 months from completion of your purchase.

• Membership packs will be available for collection at the gate within 3-5 business days of purchase, with presentation of member ID or purchaser ID information.

• If your membership pass is current, by renewing online, your new expiry will be 12 months from the current expiry date.

• Your existing physical Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary Membership card will continue and not need to be reissued. A new Membership card can be procured upon entry the next time you visit Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary, upon request. Any additional replacement card after this will incur a cost of $10.

• All children under the age of 15 years are to be accompanied by an adult upon entry.

• The Membership is to be used only by the persons included on the pass, and identification must be provided when entering the Sanctuary.

• Membership programs cannot be used towards special events, school excursions or birthday party packages.

• Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary reserves the right not to provide a refund or extension on your annual membership, should you be unable to attend the Sanctuary during your 12 month period, or if there are other circumstances out of our control.

• Any child that turns three during the valid date of the Membership will need to be paid for separately when entering the Sanctuary, or an additional individual pass card will need to be purchased.

• Our activities may have age requirements. It’s up to the individual membership holder, and/or their parent/guardian, to be aware of such restrictions and abide by the Sanctuary’s age rules.
